Returns Policy

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, incorrect Items or missing parts, please return it to Phone Care and we'll arrange for a replacement.

 

You may return the product within one week / (7) days from receive date. Return and replacement item must be in its UN-USED,  ORIGINAL TAG, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED.

 

All items must be received by Phone Care in order for a customer to be eligible for a return or replacement. You shall ensure that the Product is sent to us in the same condition as it was when received by you and is packaged properly. In the event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right not to accept returns and send the Product back to you.

 

Customers are required to return the item(s) via Standard Courier.

 

You may process returns through your nearest post office. We do not honour any walk-in returns.

 

Your returned Products together with your return slip, are usually received and accepted at our warehouse within one week / (7) days after the drop-off at the post office counters.


All returns must fulfill our Return T&Cs below :-

  • Item(s) purchased on sale or with a promotional discount is not accepted for return/exchange.
  • All item(s) must be returned in the original condition unaltered, UN-USED,  ORIGINAL TAG, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNDAMAGED. 
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange must be mailed back to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  • Customer will need to bare for the postage fee for returning item(s). 
  • Phone Care is not responsible for returned parcels until they arrive at our store. Please retain the postage receipt and tracking number as proof of return.
